Managing Director Jim Barker has 40 years experience in the insurance and reinsurance markets, in both underwriting and broking. For a number of years he was responsible, as Group Technical Director, for all back office broking functions of Lloyd's broker Swire Blanch, having been involved with the company since its formation in 1984.

Since 2002 he has operated in the outsourcing sector, handling Syndicate reinsurance management, communications, file reviews, legacy policies,loss reserve reviews and loss fund reviews.
